Question for the masses...

Fri Nov 13, 2009, 7:47 AM
Does anyone know of a good air dry clay that DOESN'T shrink/crack/make me angry?

I already use sculpey for my oven bake needs but I've been doing a lot of bigger projects or adding on to things that can't go into an oven for material or size reasons so... any suggestions?

I had Paper Clay at one point but I remember that gave me trouble with cracking too. At the moment I'm using Sculpt it [link] and it's driving me insane. I smooth it all out and put it somewhere safe to dry only to come back to see it cracked in a dozen different places so I have to go back and fill in those cracks with more and hope that it's the last time. It's tedious. If anyone has any suggestions pleaaaase share them.

You should draw Danny and Swayer more often! You're just sooo amazing!

 Aw thanks so much! I've been meaning to make a serious attempt at them so it's on my list of things to do. ^_^

Cool I like that list of yours! XD

Man, this is kinda weird now. I saw you at Otakon (long black hair girl, I don't blame you if you don't remember me) and thought you were awesome. Then I got back into Darkwing Duck, read Roots of Revenge and such, saw that cosplay searching around, and I don't connect anything until my sister visited your DA. So it's like "Woah! These awesome people are ONE AND THE SAAAAAMMME! CRAAAAZZYY!" And yeah. You're pretty awesome. (I'd like to cosplay as Negaduck, but I'd feel ridiculous with the beak...then again, it's a con.)

I was the one who asked you, I believe...and you replied 'not really, not anymore' or something along those lines.
