Papyrus is thinking

...about what to wear for his date.

So I played Undertale and immediately replayed Undertale because if you've played it you'll know why and if you haven't you should and then you'll know. And possibly Papyrus is my favorite character out of a game of likable characters. His boss fight was a real highlight for me so I decided to try my hand at it with water colors. My downfall was that it was not done on watercolor paper so I guess I failed this puzzle. 

So in summation:

Play Undertale.

Play it again.

Papyrus is a cool dude.

Water color paper should be used with watercolors.
